He's got the team with him. But as he knows only too well, then comes the Board/ownership.
Supporters will buy into success in the Championship, how long will they and the owners keep the faith in a Premiership with more losses than wins?
He's now an experienced manager - I hope he gets the chance to show he can do it at that level, assuming of course we make it.
If one sentence then. He deserves a sustained opportunity.

He's do very well so far with good support from the Board, players and most fans, and despite being poorly supported by others who wanted him sacked not long ago.
