Ticket site doesn't work...

Ticket site doesn't work...

Trying to buy tickets, but the checkout button is sending me to the Update Account Page, asking me to update mobile phone, title and gender. Pressing save on this page does nothing - no update, no failure. I can't checkout without updating these details. Any ideas?

you will need to ring the office to get your details updated

Exactly the same happened with me the other day, as pureclaret says you need to ring the ticket office for them to manually update your details, you shouldn’t have any further problems when you’ve done that.

Exactly this - I rang the ticket office and they will update your date of birth over the phone for you , bizarre that you can’t do it yourself but that is the issue. Only took 2 minutes .

Thank you for that. I've been able to buy the tickets with my wife's account, which inexplicably does have a DOB...

We had the same issue, some did have a DOB and others not.
