We certainly get the 'Minimum requirement is maximum effort' from our lot. I'm convinced some of them have 3 lungs. We have the quality so it's going to be about heart and fight and we have lads who give it everything. On to the next one.

There’s certain things about our new style that I’m not a huge fan of, but our work rate is brilliant and the rewards are seen the goals against column.

Parker has done a sensational job of galvanising the team and making them work for the shirt.

Mr Parker has established a decent TEAM.
