Millwall creeping up on playoffs

Very often a team gets into the playoffs with a late run and they may be that team this season. It was an impressive win last night at Bramhall Lane and I wonder if the last match of the season could have serious implications for both clubs. I had considered it to be something of a dead rubber for them but with this late surge, the non availability of Flemming and the potential absence of Foster the game is growing in possibilities.

I think they'll be out of contention by the time we play them.

I hope not. Jake Cooper is a nightmare to stop at set pieces. Certainly don't want them in any play off game.

I'd rather we were playing a side desperate for a win to be honest, it will make a great atmosphere inside the ground. Perhaps not the most pleasant outside the ground though

If they beat Middlesborough on Saturday they'll be level on points with them, although inferior goal difference.

What could go wrong on a sunny last day of the season if Millwall had something to play for meaning a bigger following than normal and lost while we celebrated going up

If Millwall are chasing a play off spot whilst we are still chasing a top two spot then for the safety of both sets of fans it might be a good idea to move the Burnley fans out of the Cricket Field stand. If we do that then we should also prevent Burnley fans exiting the Bob Lord and other home stands from walking down Harry Potts Way and Belvedere Road towards Yorkshire Street and town until the Millwall coaches have departed

I do recall the Millwall boys re-adjusting the interior decor of the Cricketfield stand, that was an interesting day.

You need to bring the subtly back DA. This isn't your best work

Their next five games look very winnable.

Urgh, imagine we finish 3rd, and have to play Millwall over 2 legs with Foster and Flemming unavailable

I hope you meant next 4! Lose to Boro at the weekend and it looks too big a gap to breach to me.

I want Watford out of it too, they play West Brom away next. Could do with Coventry, Boro, Bristol and the Baggies all getting the 3 points. Would be a bonus going down to Vicarage Rd with them looking at a seemingly unreachable play off berth

Coventry won tonight with a 94th minute goal putting them into 6th. We want Millwall on the beach that last game because we know Rovers will be at Sheff Utd

It's been a sad decline of a once midly amusing poster. If DA was a racehorse, someone would have done the humane thing and taken him outside and put him out of his misery a while ago.

And it's not as if Millwall have any kind of away following.

The only acceptable solution is to reinstate pandemic protocols. No fans. Broadcast the match on Youtube.
