Cash in or stick

I'm sure plenty of Clarets have bets riding on us winning the league. I have £50 for Burnley to win the league at 8/1. Question do I cash in and receive £118 ISH or stick and get £450 if we win it?

Leeds are quoted at 4/11 by all High Street bookmakers to win the title.

Depends whether you can afford to lose £50 quid if Weeds win the title I suppose

Exactly that.
Mine was more modest bet back in May with a tenner each on promotion (9/4) and on the title at (8/1) with Bet 365 - Cash outs as it stands are £30.79 and £22.50.
Given that we are looking pretty good for Auto then I'll probably let the title one ride till the last day as I have already covered the bets

A little flutter can be fun but nobody ought to be betting money they can't afford to lose.
I'd say pick whichever option you think will be most exciting. Cashing out early takes away the jeopardy but it'll pay for a nice evening out for a couple of people.

Pointless putting it on if you're thinking of cashing out

I've got a tenner at 2/1 for promotion and 8/1 for the title.

Previously backed us at 14/1 under kompany but avoided us this year. I feel sorry for backers coz our gd is ridiculous and still not beating + 50 odd whatever leeds are on.

I'm one of those punters that would take the cash out if it warranted it. You're dealing in if, buts and maybes atm. I like to take cash off the bookies if it's a decent amount and regardless of what you could potentially win then save the winnings for future betting battles ahead when you're actually betting with their money and not yours. Saying that though it's a bit of fun for me where my maximum bet has always been a tenner ( even when I go racing) because I don't want to lose the enjoyment of pitting your wits against the bookmaker aspect of it.

At this point, you are betting on Leeds to **** up at not very good odds.
Plus, if you cash out and we then win the league, you've won money and won the league.

Yep I’d cash out too.
I have us each way at 15/1 on a 100% boost the odds bet so I know the least I will win is a place.
I’ve got no option to cash out or else I would.
Thing with cash out is to take a healthy profit and not worry about the bet coming in. It’s not just about the cash out value you get it’s also that you would lose your original stake if the bet goes down.
If you win a bit of money and we still win the league as said you’ll be happy with the both things anyway !

Btw most bookies offer partial cash out so if you are still 50/50 whether to cash in or let it roll this could be a good compromise. Cash in your original stake of £50 and let the rest ride ? Impossible to lose any money doing that !!

I’ve got $50 on us to win the title at 12/1 but can’t see any mechanism to cash out on the Caesar’s Palace app

I suggest you look closely at Leeds remaining fixtures.
They could easily draw against any of the teams eg Bristol City.
I think we have firmed up on our results being more likely to win than draw.
I think we will beat Sheffield Utd handsomely
So - STICK.

If you need the money, you ahould take safety.
I suspect the fact that you made the bet, means you enjoy the risk.
Leeds upper hand. Nothing certain.

30 games undefeated, haven't conceded more than a single goal in a game all season, our goalkeeper is in the form of his life, everyone of the team looks to be enjoying theirselves and right on it, the supporters and manager are as one, Leeds are renowned bottlers.
See it out.

Never ever cash out put 10% £45 on Leeds

You can still get 3/1 on us winning the title which is ridiculously generous.
Qpr have absolutely nothing to play for, so when they are dispatched you won't see 3/1 again, Leeds won't beat Bristol City on Monday night either.
It's like buying money.

What’s the point of doing that ?
If Leeds win the title he’d win £15 from that bet and still lose his £50 from the original bet.
So still £35 down
If the bet was cashed out now he is £164 better off than he would be if Leeds win the title.
So that’s the decision really.
With our kick off being earlier than Leeds if we beat QPR the cash out could increase. If we draw or get beat then it’s likely to go down.

You can get 7/2 now - buy yourself more money. Fill your boots.
