• QPR tickets

Quick question: are all tickets for QPR digital and sent via the App ticket wallet? Have folk generated their QR codes yet? I'm asking as a couple of my mates and I purchased them but didn't seem to get the usual email confirmation from the club. But we can see our seat numbers in the Ticket Wallet of the app, though can't yet generate QR codes. Apols if there's a thread on this but I couldn't see one.

You should have received an email with the facility to download them to your wallet and/or print out the pdf at the bottom of the email. If you haven't received this, I'd ring the Ticket Office

Mine came with the confirmation email at the time I bought them but I know others didn’t receive them.

I didn't get mine originally and had to change my email address to a Gmail account. I've since changed it back to my sky account and resent the email which arrived straight away. Probably worth a go LC

Thanks guys. Sorted. If you view your purchase from within the "my account" section of the club App you can actually generate your own email from the club with the ticket/ Apple wallet etc links attached. They certainly weren't sent automatically in my case!

When I got my email with my ticket for the under 21s yesterday it was sent to my @live.com email and it downloaded to my google wallet no problem.
