Hi all
I did email the clubs ticket email but no reply so wondering if people here can help.
I am considering buying a season ticket for next season but live around 3 hours away on a good day with limited public transport.
With this in mind, I would likely miss some games but would want to use the ticket exchange.
- Is there a limit to how many times per season you can use this?
- What value do you get for the ticket and is this cash or credit on your BFC account?
- If I sell my ticket on the exchange and that person doesn't turn up, does this put a mark against me?
-If my ticket doesn't sell on the exhange, does this put a mark against me, or not as I tried to sell it?
Many thanks clarets

Re: Ticket Exchange help
Due to holidays I've missed 4 home games this season. I've put my ticket into the ticket Exchange each time but it has never been sold! To answer your questions as best I can:northwalesclaret wrote: ↑Wed Apr 23, 2025 10:27 pmHi all

- not as far as I'm aware.
- you will get a pro rata amount of what you paid. So, 19 home games next season you will get 1/19 per game credited to your BFC account.
- no, they've sold it and got the full face value of the ticket.
- no, it had better bloody not!
Hope this helps.
Re: Ticket Exchange help
Due to certain personal issues I maybe get to about half of the games per season in the Championship. The ticket exchange is very useful as if/when your ticket sells you can use that credit for away tickets or such but you can’t cash it out, so to speak. The club encourages you to use the ticket exchange and doesn’t penalise you for it.northwalesclaret wrote: ↑Wed Apr 23, 2025 10:27 pmHi all

If you put your ticket on and it sells, that’s your obligation over. If it doesn’t sell, likewise; you posted it and made it available and that’s all the club want.
Just remember there are probably hundreds of fans in the same boat.

Re: Ticket Exchange help
In the epl exchanged tickets tend to sell for each game, last time it appeared they went to ‘plastics’ and away fans. This season in champ it was a little hit and miss but later in season they’ve always sold. It helps if you put two up at same time next to each other.
