He was here to see us promoted on Monday and will be back for the Millwall game which is good going considering he lives in Colorado

Certainly couldn't argue with that, there's been days when I've stayed at home with my season ticket because its cold and I couldn't be bothered going on so watched on TV

For my unfiltered and absolute support for the manager this season.

Laudable though it is, I am not sure such an award should go to whoever has the free time, money and airmiles to globehop and get to as many games as they can.

It should go to someone who selflessly promotes the club for no benefit to themselves and has made a difference to our success.

Otherwise these awards just end up going to wealthy people who are chummy with the owners. Like I said, I’m not knocking the Colorado chap. I’m just cynical of all this modern fluff that comes under “fan engagement” like this exercise.

This was discussed on the radio yesterday. If you don't go to games but follow the team you're a "fan" and if you go and show support in person, spend your money you're a "supporter"

Should rename this supporter of the season

Whoever starts the singing off in the CF stand every week should get this award.

Makes a massive difference to the team.

Plenty of people travel hours and hours spending fortunes watching us.

As was out on the bike today and saw an old lad with the full Blackburn kit on . Now I slowed down and smiled he just winked at me . I could not be drawn to say Up The Clarets . Poor old sod he has enough troubles .
