Modern refereeing. They are taught to give a free kick when someone falls over unless they are convinced it's not a foul.

Ridiculous!.......obviously the ref thought it might lead to a goal & stopped it immediately.
Powers that be want City in Champions league.

Ref was Tim Robinson...don't know him.

There are two words to describe that decision by the referee....Blatant Cheating.

It really isn’t in any way hyperbole when someone says that if you fall over you get a free kick.

It's the kind of thing we'll need to get used to seeing next season. Big club player falls over = little club player penalised.

I'm fed up with the premier league before we've even kicked a ball.
Watched MOTD for the first time this season at the weekend, it and the league it shows are pure shite
