VAR correctly overturns pen. No booking for diving so why didn’t it restart with a corner?

The replay clearly shows that his leg was knocked by Onana's hand
Wasn't a pen either as Onana clearly also got the ball

Not necessarily a dive, particularly if Onana touched the player after making contact with the ball, which I think he did if only very slightly.
