Certainly no surprise.

Gone very quiet on the Osmajic situation. Very poor by the FA.

Typical of the FA to do FA.

As for PNE at least they will never be the dirtiest team in the premier league.

Burnley were 9th, PNE been 24th.

80 yellows, 2 sent off, 1 for 2 yellows (can’t remember who) and a straight red.

Didn’t Humphreys get sent off for two yellows at Leeds?

The situation is not going away.
PNE have no competitive matches now until the new season, so whilst it would have been better had it been sorted out immediately, (which was not possible due to the comprehensive nature of the investigation) there's no imminent hurry now.
It's more important that the FA get everything in order, follow due process and absolutely nail him.
Arguably, the longer this goes on now the more it disrupts PNE's pre-season preparations, not knowing whether he will be banned and for how long.

I would have thought Watford were with all their sending offs.

I’m assured that the matter has been discussed many times over luncheon at some of London’s top restaurants.

Looking at those stats Tony, 3 red cards for Burnley. Does that include CJER's given by that hapless clown Gavid Ward?

It does. I know it the suspension was withdrawn but it's still listed as a red card, Bashir & Hannibal, of course, were the other two.

No one can argue with Hannibals RC it was straight forward decision for the ref some of the yellows were dubious due to poor championship refereeing. As for the Osmajic it’s typical of the FA to kick it into the long grass and hope everyone forgets about it had that happened to a Man Utd player we never had heard the last of it TalkSport would have sure of that. Preston got away with having him available to play without him they might have been relegated. It’s time the FA realised that we won’t forget until they make a decision and that will probably be don’t be a Naughty Boy again. The FA are spineless no wonder Simon Jordan has contempt for them.

I’ve always found it bonkers that they still show rescinded red cards in the stats

They are still red cards though, it’s just the suspension resulting from them that are rescinded.

But if you appeal and it’s been deemed incorrect, it shouldn’t count

If you get a parking fine of £50 and successfully appeal it so it’s overturned, you don’t still have to pay the fine

That's it though, you get a suspension and on appeal that's overturned, but you've still been sent off.
