Does anybody know if/when the store is open tomorrow or Monday?
I’ve looked on-line and the website says it is open 10-4 tomorrow, but we all know how inaccurate that site can be.
I’ve tried the number but nobody’s answering
Clarets Store opening hours
Re: Clarets Store opening hours
It won’t be open tomorrow and I’d be surprised if it was on Monday.

I didn’t think it would be either but the website says otherwise
I’ve found a gift card is forgotten about and was going to go in and get something before off on holiday in a few weeks, but I’m going to struggle to find the time after this weekend

Careful with a gift card - I got one as a present during covid times and obviously couldn't get the the shop to use it.
When I finally got back over as I don't live local they said it was out of date and I had a grace period of a month or so after covid to use it (which was never published anywhere).
Nothing they could do and it was my loss of about 100 quid. Bit of a shambles tbh the way it was all dealt with.

It was only for £10 but as there’s a sale on thought I’d make use of it.bfccrazy wrote: ↑Sun May 25, 2025 9:23 amCareful with a gift card - I got one as a present during covid times and obviously couldn't get the the shop to use it.

Did manage to get down yesterday after all, but tbh if you are anything smaller than XL I wouldn’t bother as that’s all they had in stock

You could always order it online and then they can send it to the wrong address.
As for expired gift token, there ought to be a law against that.
A mate of mine experienced the same thing at Bowland brewery, with a token
for several "paddles" of beer for sampling.
For various reasons, it was a while before he could use it, only to be told
it was out of date !!!! Nothing mentioned on the terms and conditions apparently.
I assume the 30 quid they pocketed didn't expire.
Thieving gits.
PS XL and above suits me.
