Very hard to pick. Think Plymouth (especially first half) was the ultimate performance (QPR very similar and thats after we had been promoted).

However have to go for Luton. It was a tough opener on paper. A lot of unrest behind the scenes and most of that team got ripped apart. But we set the barometer that night!

I’d like to choose Coventry, only for the stupidity of their fans, when walking back to the car !

Good reason - my choice is for Sheffield United. We were just so much better than they were on Boxing Day having gone into the game four points behind them.

Leeds was an outstanding performance as were Blackburn and Sheff U. We played very well at Luton and Plymouth etc but against inferior teams So Leeds got my vote

Serious about Blackburn? Scrappy game that we won but we didn't play well, nor did we need to play well to be honest.

Leeds was a very solid performance. Backs to the wall. And defended like Trojans!

But Blackburn I thought was equally professional. Frustrating at times. As derbies are. Look at the home game. But we had to find a way as we were under a bit pf pressure after some tough games and more 0-0's - and we did! It was their best chance in a generation. And they were given no chance.

We were crap for long spells at Blackburn and Leeds was one of the very few occasions we were let off by another team's poor finishing.

Torn between Sheffield United and one of the drubbings we gave out. Didn't really want to go Luton so I went QPR.

Blackburn will probably win it with some voting for best day rather than performance like the home vote result.

The Plymouth performance is down played due to them being crap yet they beat Sheff Utd, Sunderland, West Brom, Millwall as well as draws with Boro & Bristol City and pushed Leeds all the way.

The QPR performance was excellent as considering we had already been promoted, for me it is the Sheff Utd performance, it showed them and us that we were way better than them.

Sheff Utd away, soaked up what they had pretty easily and picked them off.

A tough choice for a number of reasons. It doesn't get much better than Plymouth and QPR. We were so dominant it bordered on embarrassing. Luton was an unreal start to the season. Leeds was impressive given the upheaval two weeks prior, but it was backs to the wall stuff! Even the 2-0 at Swansea deserves a mention - the ultimate efficient performance, game over after 20 minutes! Sheff Utd gets my vote though.

I went for QPR, simply for the moment that went viral on t'internet. The whole team charging back to defend when QPR had a rare breakaway. I don't recall seeing anything like it before.

Rangers were rubbish but we were relentless and I was thoroughly entertained hence my vote.

You've got Blackburn in the wrong bit there. They should be with the inferior teams

Long journey, middle of January after a busy festive period that involved a hell of a lot of travelling - Plymouth was a sensational performance (esp first half) - Made the long journey & missing 2 days at work well worth it

But for me gotta be Sheff Utd away, they hadn’t conceded at home since August, flying and we went there and showed them whose boss.

Special mentions also for Luton & QPR

Got to be Sheffield United. Aside from the performance and the statement of intent, it set the tone for what followed for both clubs and opened up our pathway to promotion.

Gone for Norwich away. Quite a number of fans not happy with home performances, a goal down in the first minute or two but somehow we managed to turn it around. There was resilience in the team but still a lot to do. A big victory but somehow went under the radar.

I remember this one well too. Someone I was with was slating us. Literally as Flemming hammered it in!

Luton will take some beating. At the time we were playing a team who had finished above us in the Premier league and put on a masterclass of counter attacking football.

I don’t think we could have ever thought that night that we were playing a side set to be relegated.

The best home and away performances came against the same club - Sheffield United. Those were the games when we proved we were miles ahead of the rest of the league.

One of the come-from-behind wins would be my choice. Watford not just for the comeback but for that Trafford save.

Cov for me, away to the 2nd best team in the league on form at the time, went behind in a huge game and then won.

Best performance for me was Sheff Utd.

Favourite away performance was undoubtedly QPR.

Glad to see those two at the top.

Our best performance of the season, for me, was against QPR away. We were absolutely dominant and it was a joy.

Beating the champions and best team in the division on their own patch has to be up there

Beating them again at Ewood, after they'd chirped on beforehand about filling the ground (well done) and how they were then going to storm the league after they'd won the game (none of which happened in the reality of the real world) completely trumps all the others for me and always will.

Yes, we didn't play well; yes, other wins were against better teams; yes, other games we played some great football, etc. But I don't care about any of that, because beating the bturds has always got to be no1.

Yes, beating ourselves was outstanding.

Sheffield United for me, we laid down a clear marker with that performance.

Sheff Utd for me - really important results against them home and away and underlined the gap between the top 2 and the others.

Completely different to Leeds performance in that we completely deserved it and looked much the better team.
