Didn't vote for it myself but can fully appreciate why it was chosen as the best of the season. In hindsight I don't know why I didn't choose it but we all know the merits of hindsight.

I loved my day in west london, but I didn't vote for it. For me I'm scratching my head as to how that could have been better than a win at your local rivals, with 40000 away supporters in a game the opposition competed in.
Plymouth away was 5 nil also - again the game had significance to them.
Sheffield United away? Top opposition in a crucial match and Leeds, though we were (understandably) second best there in most departs.
Its not often you see your team score 5 away.....so lets spare a thought to those that travelled to Grimsby in 2002. We scored 5 that day but contrived to let in 6.

We won at Leeds
We won at Blackburn
We won at Sheffield Utd
We scored 5 at Plymouth and QPR
We scored 4 at Luton
We only lost 2 away games in the league and both 1-0
We recorded a record 14 away league wins I think
All of the above were awesome
