Normally get that if you're using a VPN or some dodgy WiFi

I haven’t got a VPN and I am using the same wi fi I’ve
always had

Its a TicketMaster thing. Try clearing your cache and deleting your browser history

I’ve been having that issue since trying for the Lazio tickets

Get the same issue on my phone and on a PC even clearing the cache & cookies

Who’s your ISP?

I’m with sky for my ISP.
Cleared all my history. Still get the error

Try turning your phone off and on.

It must be the Burnley fc app what is the problem.
I go through google onto the Burnley fc page and it works.

I'm not using either, and I got it.

Unless BT is dodgy WIFI.

I get that when I use my VPN.

Poor, from the actual ticketing platform (it's not actually BFC who provide the tech, of course).
Thousands of people will use VPNs - and this warning is just vague. It should, by default, point out that they don't support VPNs - if that is, indeed the case.

I've reported the issue to the Club and am awaiting for a reply.

I’ve tried going direct on a pc and it’s the same issue

I’m on TalkTalk so seams to be across a few ISPs

It's been going on for a while- since the day the Lazio tickets were released, at least.

Can happen with certain extensions installed like ad blockers or privacy tools such as ones disabling WebRTC

Are they being hammered for shirts and protecting the system?

I got the error on my PC with Chrome but it was fine with Edge.

And on the flip side, on my phone I get the error in Safari, but it works in Chrome

Now appears to be working on all platforms for me
