Not sure with them being digital just how posting them out is relevant?

Since the ticket info was announced, Huddersfield have changed the name of their ground yet again. It’s now the Accu Stadium which I’ve changed in the ticket info.

No. It allows to make select 3 on the quantity section but when I click on the area in the stand I can only add one ticket.

would only let me buy one online. Tried to buy a junior membership for my grandson (thinking this would resolve the issue), but it needed his membership number to buy him a membership!!!!! Online system terrible. I rang the ticket office and they were brilliant. Got my two tickets in a couple of minutes. The really need to get someone in to make the online ticketing a better user experience. Maybe one of the new players is IT savvy? :D

After waiting for them to actually be on sale, I did have trouble buying for more than 1 person but it sorted itself out in the end

I know this is the Huddersfield thread but I was wondering about Shrewsbury tickets?

I thought that i might go to Shrewsbury rather than Huddersfield and it appears that we have to buy tickets direct from Shrewsbury.

Well fair enough but does that mean that we wont get the normal loyalty points for this game?
I presume that the Burnley ticket office wouldn't know who has bought tickets via the Shrewsbury website?

I don't think that we get Loyalty Points for friendlies.

You might do for a home friendly where the club makes an income?

Possibly but don't think so. We'll find out after the Lazio match!

They've stopped giving loyalty points for friendlies home and away.

Some communication on this from the Club wouldn't have gone amiss!

Do you think that they intentionally keep fans in the dark or do they feel that relaying information to supporters isn't a priority?

Difficult to say. But can't think of any obvious reasons not to make fans aware of this! The Club could really do more to proactively inform fans of changes that affect us without us having to find out ourselves!
