Anyone use this platform to sell items?
Is it safe and easy to do?
I have some reasonably valuable items i want rid of but not getting the offers I know they are worth from dealers.

Use it quite a lot to sell unwanted things.

Anything large I insist on collection to avoid the hassle of postage.

Many things that I would normally take to the dump I put on there first, old lawn mowers those types of things- always get a bit of cash and no hassle with the 40min round trip to the dump in Burnley

I have a shop on there, and have had nothing but great experiences for some considerable time now. My advice would be; pack your items well, do not rely on regular 1st or 2nd Class post (I use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service), buy your postage through eBay (it's no more than at the Post Office and sometimes cheaper) then they have an electronic record of it which is monitored. Any customers who receive their items, but fail to leave any kind of feedback have their feedback left for them by eBay claiming it was posted and delivered safely and on time.

If you are still unsure, and you are relatively local to the Brunshaw area, I'm willing to help you get going if needed.

Dead easy with generated QR labels to the mobile. Now it's free (except motor vehicles) buyers seem to want more of a bargain with the protection fee. I don't spend much on packaging I will if it's reflected on the sale but sod spending money on bubblewrap & fancy boxes for peanuts.
