Ticket information (new comer)
Hi guys,
I am a new comer - Burnley fan from Hong Kong.
I bought 2 tickets (13/9/ 2025 Burnley vs Liverpool) from the official site. However, I could not find my e-tickets under my account. Can anyone give me advise about when and how I will get my e-tickets?
Thanks

I'm afraid you've picked the wrong Club if you're expecting an efficient ticket system!Tony Y wrote: ↑Tue Jul 15, 2025 9:19 amHi guys,

Re: Ticket information (new comer)
They should be at the bottom of the confirmation email from the Club and from which you can download them to your phone. If they're not at the bottom of the original email you'll get a 2nd email with them attached.Tony Y wrote: ↑Tue Jul 15, 2025 9:19 amHi guys,

I haven’t received mine yet. I got my Huddersfield tickets about a week after buying them.

Tickets are usually sent by email, but sometimes not until nearer the game. It might be worth checking your junk mail just in case.
If you need confirmation, email: ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com and they are usually very quick to respond.

My Huddersfield tickets arrived yesterday via email and my Stoke tickets, in three different envelopes, through the post.Hedontplayforyou wrote: ↑Tue Jul 15, 2025 9:40 amI haven’t received mine yet. I got my Huddersfield tickets about a week after buying them.

well, we have live EPL broadcasted in Hong Kong. I watched Burnley when they were in EPL and found that they are a hardworking team despite the shortfall in money and football stars as compare to other big teamsmybloodisclaret wrote: ↑Mon Jul 21, 2025 6:49 pmWhat got you interested in the Claret's Tony?

Re: Ticket information (new comer)
I had my Burnley vs Liverpool ticket downloaded to my iPhone wallet. Is it normal that there is no QR code on this e-ticket? If so, how can I use this to go through the gateway on the match day?
Re: Ticket information (new comer)
Have you had a 2nd email with the 2 download options shown in colour at the bottom of it?
Re: Ticket information (new comer)
Yup, that email contains "Add to Apple wallet" and "Add to Google wallet" buttons. So, I chose to add it to my Apple wallet. I saw that e-ticket in my Apple wallet but then it contains the date, time etc but no QR code

The QR code will become active prior to the game. I think it's 3 hours before KO from memory.

Re: Ticket information (new comer)
I downloaded mine for a few games last season and it used to ping up 3 hours before the planned kick off. I won't be in my usual seat for the Lazio game and there are still no games loaded onto my season ticket. I'm getting more frustrated with the people in charge with each passing day.

Re: Ticket information (new comer)
I’ll stick with using my card. I wouldn’t want to risk it if it only appears three hours before kick off. It’s beyond frustrating.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Fri Aug 01, 2025 11:32 amI downloaded mine for a few games last season and it used to ping up 3 hours before the planned kick off. Good to have you on board Tony. Hope you enjoy your trip in September. Have you been to Burnley before? Let us know if you need any recommendations/advice about places to visit, eat and drink etc around the town if you need. UTC.
