9 Oct - Arsenal
30 Oct - Chelsea
13 Nov - Palace
20 Nov - Fulham
11 Dec - Everton & Newcastle

Cat A (Liverpool, Leeds, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Newcastle)
Adults: £35 to £55
O65/U21: £28 to £44
U18: £18 to £28
Cat B (Sunderland, Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace, Fulham)
Adults: £30 to £47
O65/U21: £24 to £37
U18: £15 to £23
