Rules for bags at Spurs


All fans will go through “airport style” security checks and bag searches. We strongly advise supporters not to bring a bag into the stadium - however, the following bags will be permitted into the stadium following a search:

Clear carrier bags with a maximum size of 30cm long x 30cm high (Personal bags that do not meet the criteria must not be put inside these bags)
Personal bags of A4 size or smaller (21 cm long x 30cm high)

Please note, laptops sleeves are permitted provided they are no larger than 37cm x 31 cm.

You may have to queue for longer if you choose to bring a bag.

Awful place to get to.

Cheshunt is a good shout. Greater Anglia train to Northumberland Park, 15 min walk to stadium.

Or, just looking, get the Weaver line to White Hart Lane station.

I used to have a great little spot in Edmonton, free parking, 20 mins walk to the ground, straight out onto the North Circular.

They've built on it now, alas. but there will be other cheap parking around that area.

The Weaver line from Bush Hill Park to White Hart Lane is a good option. You can park for free on some of the streets near BHP station. There are fewer parking restrictions on the western side of the station, away from the A10.

Booked on the train at 8.12 from Accy to get into Euston at 11.13.

I plan to walk the 6.8 miles to the ground which will keep me slightly healthy though the odd pub stop on the way way won't!

Are there any away pubs near ish to the ground?

The Beehive is pretty local to the ground and away friendly (mainly spurs fans but fine if you're not a dick). Otherwise there's the Irish club whose name I can't remember or the Redemption brewery.

Parking wise there's the places on Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, etc line. Near the ground if you're reasonably early there's North Middlesex hospital. It's about a mile to the stadium with two car parks including a big new multistory that is just off the north circular.

A left field option is parking at Wood Green (there's a big multistorey nearby, although spaces are pretty tight if you've got a big car) or getting the tube down there and getting the shuttle bus across. Possibly too far in from the north circular to make it worth it though

I booked a Tesco Car Park near 7 Sisters Underground on 'Your Parking Space App'

Hoping it's a fairly easy walk up from there

Might even go into London for a bit !

Seven Sisters is advertised as a 30 minute walk from the ground, but I’ve done it in 25.

Last time we played Spurs , drove to Enfield and parked there. TRains run about every 20 minutes in busy periods and it will be about £6 return on the train. Means you get out of the area very quickly on returning. Its close to M25 too

Driving is not advised. A large Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) is in operation and the roads surrounding the stadium are generally closed before, during and immediately after a match.

Road Closures

Please note that some roads closest to the stadium are closed before, during and after a match to make it safe for fans, local residents and businesses, and for emergency access to the area. On matchdays, general traffic will not be able to access parts of the High Road between White Hart Lane and Lordship Lane/Lansdowne Road from two hours before and up to one hour after the match.

Accessible Parking

There are six Blue Badge car parking spaces available for visiting supporters. To request a space, please contact the Club, who will then confirm to Tottenham Hotspur who is eligible. Parking permits will be issued via email in advance of the matchday. Parking permits must be printed and displayed in your vehicle alongside your Blue Badge at all times.

By Train

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a public transport destination within walking distance of four train stations.

White Hart Lane

London Overground services operate from Liverpool Street, Enfield Town and Cheshunt stations. The station is fully accessible and is approximately a five-minute walk to the stadium.
Northumberland Park

Greater Anglia services operate from Liverpool Street, Cambridge and Stansted Airport. The station is fully accessible and is approximately a 10-minute walk to the stadium.
Tottenham Hale

Greater Anglia services operate from Liverpool Street, Cambridge and Stansted Airport). The station is also served by the Victoria line on the London Underground. The station is fully accessible and is approximately a 25-minute walk to the stadium.
Seven Sisters

Victoria line and London Overground services operate from this station, which is approximately a 30-minute walk to the stadium. The station does not have step-free access.
Directions

Tottenham Hotspur have installed navy and yellow on-street wayfinding signage from all four train stations to the stadium, in conjunction with innovative on-site digital stadium signage.

Please note, the Victoria line will be especially busy on matchdays, particularly for weeknight matches before the game when fans will be travelling at the same time as commuters are travelling home.

To manage congestion and safety, before midweek games it may occasionally be necessary for Victoria line trains not to stop at Seven Sisters. If so, you will then be able to get off at Tottenham Hale and walk to the stadium from there. Tottenham Hale is a shorter walk to the stadium than Seven Sisters.

Your journey may be less crowded if you can avoid the Victoria line. Travel as early as possible before kick-off and try to avoid peak times if you can.

Post Match

Post-match queuing systems are in operation at all four stations. Please take note of directional signage and the advice of stewards as you are leaving the stadium.

By Coach

All official and unofficial coaches will drop-off and pick-up from Zone A (West Road)

Wayfinding signage will direct you from the coach parks to the stadium. Other coach parks will be used if the away attendance increases for a particular fixture. All coach drivers will need a coach parking permit in order to park in these coach parking zones.

To obtain a permit, please contact supporterservices@tottenhamhotspur.com as soon as possible.

By Bus

The stadium is well-served by Transport for London buses that run as usual across Haringey on matchdays, with the High Road routes subject to diversion due to the road closures.

All Transport for London buses are fully accessible with at least one wheelchair accessible space on each bus and priority seats. Assistance dogs can travel on all services.

By Taxi

Due to road closures, fans will not be able to be dropped off and picked up close to the stadium. If you need to use a taxi, we recommend you have it drop you off or pick you up at least a 15-minute walk away from the stadium.

You obviously walk fast!

Visiting supporters are accommodated in Blocks 114-118 in the North-East corner of the stadium which are accessed via Entrance 11 and 12. Visiting supporters should approach the stadium via Worcester Avenue.
The Accessible Entrance for away supporters is Entrance 11a. There is an accessible lift adjacent to the matchday ticket office for visiting supporters that will take you from street level to the Entrance.

So it has, not sure how I missed that.

Last time I was there I was doing a drive through COVID test which I guess dates it a bit.

There's also the Antwerp Arms which is a friendly pub that's community owned so really relies on the match day revenue.

Never had a problem in The Beehive.

Though I generally go in The Gilpin's Bell, as it's en route.

There’s a few industrial brewery taps in the area around there. Bohem, Gravity Well, all good and away fan friendly.
