Well done. I thought it would take a bit longer, especially with the poor resolution of the photo. In a team with Mark Higgins and Kevin Mabbutt amongst others

Mark Higgins, eh.
Old Derbyshire schools team mate of mine.
You've not got the full photo, have you?
I'll show it Mark next time I bump into him.

I would have been 5 or 6 when this photo was taken! Even in my prime I was nothing more than an enthusiastic amateur who made up for limited ability with 100% commitment.

Yep. Great player, Kenny.
Mark was a year younger than me at school.
His dad, John, was an FA Cup winner with Bolton.

Some will remember Peter Coyne from that team. Scored a hat-trick [?] at Wembley in a televised game.

Glad I could help. Ray Deakin was one of the few shining lights during our darkest years, along with the likes of Grewcock, Ian Britton and Taffy. He captained the side for the Orient game and 12 months later led us out at Wembley.
At the final whistle of the Orient game I ran into the pitch and Ray was in front of me. I asked him for his shirt and he was taking it off to give to me when I was dragged away by 2 of Lancashire Constabulary 's finest.
I met him at the Turf mid 90s and I think he was working for a chemical company and didn't seem that interested in football after retirement. Genuine nice bloke and sadly along with 2 of the other players I mentioned is no longer with us.

Peter Hampton, another who played against Orient, also passed away.

I think he signed for Colne Dynamoes not long before they folded.

He was 6ft + tall about 14!

Paul Clark was tougher than any you'll see in the Premier league these days.
