What do we reckon on this one?
DL will be fired up on their PL return, but the Toffees are no dummies under Moyes.
Going 1-1.

Be interesting. Farke said he’s only bringing in players with pace, physicality and height as he believes it’s the only way to stay in this league. His first seven signings were over 6’ tall and his German midfielder is around 6’5” a bit of a power house my Leeds friends have told me. Think we’ll see a different Leeds tonight. I think they’ll win.

Good chance for Leeds to win. Everton team is a bit short tonight, missing a few players. We absolutely got the short straw on opening fixtures I’m afraid.

There doesn’t seem to be the height that Farkes been talking about, perhaps they’re not fit yet.

We did but then we should be able to field a stronger team on Saturday. That said, massive pressure to win on Saturday.

Good to see Keane and Tarkowski as the centre halves. Non of this intricate passing out from the back with those two

This Leeds team doesn't look anything more than Champiomsjip fodder on paper. I'd take our squad over there's comfortably.

Everton have done really well to ride out the pressure of the first 15/20 mins. How many times did we see Championship teams last year concede at Elland road in the first 5/10 mins because the atmosphere and intensity got to them.

Everton weathering the storm. They will hopefully come into it when Leeds slow down from their first match adrenaline rush.

If Grealish is anywhere near fit he's on a different level to anything on show in the opening half
Dwight on the bench too
Moyes is the tactically superior manager if he uses his subs well Everton should edge this

I hope I’m proven wrong but I think that’s what the other two promoted teams will have over us - a much more hostile and vociferous home crowd.

100%. Leeds not stopped singing. Need to make turf moor a fortress again. Players used to hate coming here

That might not be good for Ampadu. His right ankle twisted almost into reverse.
Now stood up and walking off.

Amusing that so many were saying Keane wasn't good enough for us a few months ago and now he's starting for Everton and putting in a solid display.

He's only played 1 PL game for us so far & we conceded 3. I'm not saying he is past it but we haven't really seen anything with substantive conviction that he isn't. Very very early days to make firm conclusions.
