This afternoon, all 25/26 season ticket holders will be sent a copy of their 25/26 season ticket to their registered email address and for this season all season ticket holders and match ticket purchasers can access their tickets via the BFC App, this is an update from last season.

As a result of these enhancements, Ticket download has been removed - season ticket holders have 3 ways to access their tickets.

TICKET ACCESS OPTIONS
1. Digital Season Ticket (Apple/Google Wallet)
Season ticket holders receive an email with a download link
Add the ticket to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet)
Works offline once downloaded
2. Burnley FC App
Access tickets via the Ticket Wallet section
QR codes become visible 2 hours before kickoff
3. Physical Season Card
Sent to most season ticket holders via post (w/c 11/08/25)
Barnfield Stand holders do not receive physical cards but may request one at the ticket office.

I've found it, by downloading the APP on my phone, I normally just look at and manage the site on my Laptop, where I would transfer it to my Apple Wallet by pressing the ADD prompt on the email on my phone.
The TICKET WALLET doesn't appear on my laptop.
So I assume this TICKET WALLET is only relevant on the BFC APP when on the phone then?

Yes...they probably don't expect people will use a laptop to enter the ground, though I think it's there if I access the app on my chromebook, but you have been doing it via the website
I think this where some have problems. They use the website, instead of the app.

I've not had a problem as I say because I email it to myself then open the email on my phone and ADD to my Apple Wallet, same as with away games.
It's just I didn't the recognise an actual Burnley FC Wallet as being available.
So I wondered if I put the APP on my phone whether I would find it and I did.
So maybe others need informing that downloading the APP on their phone is required rather than visiting the website.

Or maybe they just like to keep us all guessing BC, maybe they think it's a good way of staying in the driving seat.

I get this when trying to download the ticket to my Apple wallet from the email recieved today, I truly despair

They're giving you the choice of entering the Turf ...

1) through the e-ticket on your phone that you add to your wallet ...... or

2) Use your plastic season ticket to scan in ...

Probably gearing up to all tickets/matches next season being downloaded to your phone & scanning your way in ...

Think it's a useful addition, just in case you ever forgot or mislaid your ticket card, having it on your phone as a backup gives extra piece of mind.

Or not… last season I tried 5 times to use the digital ticket, and 5 times it failed and I had to use the season card

Same here Tony, 18:23 and still no e-mail, no QR code for my ticket on the app or website.

Quite ridiculous that I now need to go to the ticket office tomorrow, whilst taking this time from work, to sort out an issue created by the club as to compound this shambles of an operation they won't deal with ticket issues on a match day.

Double checked, unfortunately my emails all refer to people I was expecting

My wife and I have always used a shared email address. We received two emails yesterday, one with my first name, and one with hers. I copied mine into Google Wallet and she did the same on her phone. We now have the same numbered seat in both Google Wallets. What a system!
