I got an email from club with my digital season ticket , I clicked on add to Google wallet and it seemed to download fine but when I open my wallet its not there anybody any clues as to why I can't see it in there

Just looked in the app at my ticket wallet in app and tickets are there but no QR code ?????

IF anyone who reads this is in block 11 looks like we won't be getting into the ground guys! They have sent the digital tickets to us, but there are NO QR codes on the tickets, they just have you're seat number & block on them, which will obviously not gain you entry into the stadium. I pointed this out yesterday morning & was told they are aware of the issue & it would be sorted yesterday afternoon & resent out correctly, but nothing arrived, so I emailed again this morning & still haven't had a reply or been sent the correct tickets? I'm thinking its more than likely going to be paper tickets & a massive queue on Saturday now, as I can't get down there before then. Please all check you're digital tickets, just to make sure you are not in the same boat guys!

Me and brother have received our email but dad & nephew haven’t yet

Screen shot the picture with the barcode on before you send it to Google wallets. That’s what I’ve done

On the app I don't receive a QR code just a message that it will be available before kick off but I have downloaded my ticket to Google Wallet and on the Wallet there is a QR code for the ticket.

The Lazio game was an absolute cluster using these “tickets”. As a club, we’re a million miles away from getting this sort of thing right. That’s not me having a pop at the current custodians - it’s ALWAYS been a cluster….

Not if they use their season cards.

Admittedly more of an issue if you go in the CFS.

If the ticket has been downloaded to Apple or Google Wallet then it can be accessed without internet connection.

Tonight I received two emails from the club.

One was for my seat and the other was for a lady in a totally different area of the ground no relation

Obviously I can’t let anyone know until 10:00 tomorrow!!!!

Fao Row X often it's near impossible to log on to the Internet on the Turf that's why it's an issue for some maybe not you but there is never any need to be offensive just because you don't have a problem.

The ticket on your Apple or google Wallet
Or even a screenshot of the QR code
You don’t need internet to access any of these

If the ST is downloaded before arriving at the Turf then there's no need to use the Internet.

Downloaded two tickets to Apple Wallet with no issues.

Bring back the old season ticket books

My daughter was using the on phone app last year but I had no reason to use it as I simply downloaded to my apple wallet from the website for home games from the email for away games
I can still do that from the email for both home and away now but I was showing interest on others struggling to suss it out and worrying about it
The QR code only coming live at last minute on the APP is just annoying and leaves people hanging

Mine has successfully downloaded to my wallet. My wife hasn't had the email offering her the option. My sons card still hasn't turned up. No email to the email address registered to his account so as yet, he doesn't have a ticket for the first game.

I've tried and its showing as him not having tickets.
Ill have to go over early doors. It can't be a direct debit issue. We bought them outright

I think the point is that there are two ways of telling people something they don't know, and only one of them involves telling them to shut up. I suspect there was once a time when you didn't know everything, and I bet you learned more form the teachers who pointed out what it was that you didn't know than from those who said "shut up, stupid".

I have my physical card so it doesn’t matter either way, just curious to understand how it should work.

Yes that’s correct
For some reason they don’t put the live QR code on until a few hours before the game
Which is a concern for those in the CFS who haven’t automatically been given a ST Card, although I believe that they can request one
