RATE THE REF - League Table Update - Oliver and Salisbury

Hi everyone,
Please find below, the first update of the season. Referee's in this update include Michael Oliver (v Spurs) and Michael Salisbury (v Sunderland). In each case, both officials improved their overall rating ever so slightly. Thanks!
PS - If you see any officials that shouldn't be there or any officials that should be there (I've added Lewis Smith but don't think we've ever had any of the other promoted officials), please let me know!
