Quite looking forward to this one, added spice because of the Isak situation.
1-2 Liverpool.

Also just getting set to watch this with interest. Liverpool look a bit vulnerable on their right flank and have two new central attackers settling in. Toon have a decent chance to get a satisfying home win even without Isak. Might have a shilling on Barnes to score.

I think Newcastle will be well up for this and might get the three points.

A draw would be best as we don't want either of our Champions League place rivals to pick up maximum points.

All that's wrong with premier league football
right in front of you at the moment.
Playing too fast for their own good, play acting, pushing, shoving, shirt pulling, fake face slapping.
Other than that, enjoying it as so glad it's not us.

Gravenberch scores.
Isn’t Konate the most over-rated defender in the PL? Cock ups every game yet PSG are supposedly willing to pay £50m for him.

Yeah, he is. One of those adored by his own supporters and hated by everyone else.

Eddie shakes his head at the red. I mean, wtf, that’s a red all day, Gordon is a postcode away from the ball and rakes his calf from behind.

Seriously? He’s scraped his studs down the back of Van Dijk’s calf.

You shouldn't need VAR for she-ite tackles like that. Never mind a red card, he should be done for assault. Only one thing on his mind when he set off on that run - fellow professional's career at risk with that.

1. Only red card I’ve actually seen this weekend.
2. Yes, the game has gone soft IMHO.

If Gordon had been within in a few yards of VVD when he tackled him it may have been just a yellow ,but he ran at full speed all the way across the pitch and lunged in like an idiot ,don’t like the Scousers but that was a red all day ,imagine if VVD had made a meal of it like Fernandes ,Gordon would have got a red without VAR.

I think he deserved a red but I’m sure he caught his ankle not his knee.
