Buying match tkts.

I tried to purchase two tickets for the Derby game tonight and was asked for a member number? Do you have to be a member of the club or a previous season ticket holder to buy any tickets?
Any advice would be appreciated.

You need to sign up to a Clarets number with an email address.
You will already have one if any purchase history.
