Co Working in Burnley

Have to drop my car off at MG Chorley tomorrow and need somewhere to work out of with my laptop until the car is ready. Have found the Landmark online which looks OK, anybody got experience? Or other suggestions? BFC used to do something but I no longer think they do.
Thing is, I may need 1 hour or up to 7 hours, all depends on when the garage will have my car ready!

My mate has based himself in the Landmark for a good few years now and loves it.

Good shout. Open six days a week.
There was a Business hub at the Turf under the Bob Lord I think.

I've worked out of the library in emergencies like this and it's been perfect
Edit to include that I considered hotdesking at the Landmark however after five minutes at the library I realised I'd made the right choice.

There was but it was closed under the new ownership.

I believe the Landmark is fairly expensive for co working now.
There really is a gap in the market for an affordable co working space in and around Burnley.

I used to go to one in Manchester where you paid 6p a minute for the time you were there, capped at something like £20. Whilst in there, you could help yourself to unlimited tea, coffee, cakes, pastries etc. I forget it's name, it didn't survive Covid sadly.

Depending on your line of work and whether you need a quiet background, you could do worse than Spoons. Plug some music in and load up on the unlimited brews.

That's a good call actually, and they usually have plug sockets under many of the tables.

The Landmark’s biggest problem is that there’s less parking than in Barley on a summer day

That's the one. And it was actually capped at four hours.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Opted for Landmark over the library as I need to make a few calls too...
