Rabiot & Rowe - Involved in an internal PUNCH UP
Both sacked - One's signed for Milan, Ones signed for Bologna
Guess who plays who in their first game..

Good for a card double - they apparantly hate each other

Didn’t CJ say that his conversations and friendship with Rowe were one of the reasons he signed for Marseille?

I recall two players fighting at Burnley v Charlton and both sent off.I think Charlton had Simmonson a Danish wonder boy in the team.

Flanagan and Hales were sent off and both Hamilton and Taylor scored a hattrick for Burnley

A repeated mistake on UTC. Flanagan and Hales were not sent off for fighting in the 1983 game at the Turf, that was in a cup match against Maidstone in 1979. I think it was Aizlewood and Hales (thought I am less sure about the latter) sent off at the Turf. The two were not sent off at the same time.

Alan Simonsen, there aren’t many European Footballers of the Year that have lost 7-0 ont’Turf.

No, nor did Simonsen…it was 7-1. Pedant’s corner!
