You call them toothless but they’ve brought the charges which will then be dealt with by an independent commission. The alternative would be to ignore it. What do you want them to do?

I don't think Chelsea will be particularly worried tbf.

Relegate them I say, it’d make other clubs think and do their maths before deciding to follow suit.

Tony you can see why I am cynical the FA has shown it to be inept on many occasions. I can't see how this situation will change especially against clubs with serious money to fund any legal costs
