Season ticket.
Morning all,
I know this has been done to death but could I just lease ask whether the digital tickets are automatically sent to your phone on a match by match basis.
I don't live near Burnley so am relying on this system. I had to ask twice for my Sunderland ticket to be sent and, at the time of writing, my Liverpool one hasn't appeared.
I guess getting a card printed out will be the less stressful option if this doesn't work out again.
Thanks.

Some mates of mine are in there and last game they got them on the Friday afternoon day before Sunderland game. Not sure if this is standard though.

Did you not get an email before the first home game. This is what we were sent.

Yep. My season ticket is now permanent in my digital wallet until I get rid of it. No need to download a new ticket for each matchday.

I got an email about this ages ago so have both my Plastic Season Card and season pass in my Google wallet, in case I forget my card...

Be careful though. The couple next to me couldn't gain entry using theirs for the Sunderland game and hadn't brought the plastic card which meant queuing at the ticket office and missing 25 minutes of the game.ArmchairDetective wrote: ↑Fri Sep 12, 2025 12:09 pmYep. Re: Season ticket.
I phoned the club this afternoon and the lady at the other end was very helpful.
It seems they've a record of my seat in the CFS from last season and previous seasons but, gulp, can't seem to find my new one.
No wonder I've not been sent a link, lol.
She's ringing back at five after she's consulted the office expert on such matters.
Worried, me? Nah....er, a bit

Good luck, you may need it if it's to be sorted before you need to sign up for next season!evensteadiereddie wrote: ↑Fri Sep 12, 2025 3:12 pmI phoned the club this afternoon and the lady at the other end was very helpful.

They weren’t the only ones who had that problem.Dark Cloud wrote: ↑Fri Sep 12, 2025 3:03 pmBe careful though. Re: Season ticket.
I was going to try out my digital ticket against Liverpool.
I would also have my plastic card with me, but if my digital entry failed, would the system then debarr me from using my card and flag as a 'double entry'?

Re: Season ticket.
Shouldn't do, as if the digital entry failed then you haven't actually used it to enter the ground.dougcollins wrote: ↑Fri Sep 12, 2025 5:00 pmI was going to try out my digital ticket against Liverpool.
