Season ticket.

Post by evensteadiereddie » Fri Sep 12, 2025 9:43 am

Morning all,
I know this has been done to death but could I just lease ask whether the digital tickets are automatically sent to your phone on a match by match basis.
I don't live near Burnley so am relying on this system. I had to ask twice for my Sunderland ticket to be sent and, at the time of writing, my Liverpool one hasn't appeared.
I guess getting a card printed out will be the less stressful option if this doesn't work out again.
Thanks.

Did you not get an email before the first home game. This is what we were sent.

“ In addition to your physical season card, Burnley FC are pleased to also provide supporters with a digital version for the 2025/26 season. You can access your digital season card two ways; either by adding it to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or by accessing on the Burnley FC App. The below instructions explain how you can access your digital ticket.

Download Your Digital Season Card to Your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

To do this follow these three simple steps:

1. Your seats are detailed below. Follow the link most appropriate to your device

2. Download your digital season card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

3. Present your digital season card for scanning at the turnstile on matchday”.

Yep. My season ticket is now permanent in my digital wallet until I get rid of it. No need to download a new ticket for each matchday.

I have mine now in my Google Wallet on my phone Eddie ...
I got an email about this ages ago so have both my Plastic Season Card and season pass in my Google wallet, in case I forget my card...

If he's in the cricket field stand then he won't have the option of card or digital

Be careful though. The couple next to me couldn't gain entry using theirs for the Sunderland game and hadn't brought the plastic card which meant queuing at the ticket office and missing 25 minutes of the game.

I phoned the club this afternoon and the lady at the other end was very helpful.
It seems they've a record of my seat in the CFS from last season and previous seasons but, gulp, can't seem to find my new one.
No wonder I've not been sent a link, lol.
She's ringing back at five after she's consulted the office expert on such matters.
Worried, me? Nah....er, a bit

Good luck, you may need it if it's to be sorted before you need to sign up for next season!

They weren’t the only ones who had that problem.

I was going to try out my digital ticket against Liverpool.

I would also have my plastic card with me, but if my digital entry failed, would the system then debarr me from using my card and flag as a 'double entry'?

Shouldn't do, as if the digital entry failed then you haven't actually used it to enter the ground.

That's what I'm hoping.
