Very contrasting styles. Solihull direct and physical, Burnley trying to play quick touch patient football.
Moors had the better chances so far

Unbelievable wasn’t it? And then they disappeared as quickly as they came.

Looking poor. They've missed two real sitters though.
Let's hope we can find another gear - any gear - second half!

Brave keeping that, though couldn't see a lot, with the camera angle.

Not much to take from that.
Quite impressed with Williams at the back. Bevan looked a threat, but quite rusty after coming on. Given his size and attributes, he looks like he could do a job at Solihull’s level. Might get a loan in Jan?

I can never quite get my head round having a penalty shoot out when you are playing group games.

Bevan went to Carlisle last season on loan. First time he’s played this season having had an injury.

Putting youngsters in pressure situations like penalty shoot outs can only help them progress.

They take them in knock out competitions though.

One very rare stat from the match was zero corners to either side. That doesn't happen very often.

Unless I was watching the wrong match on YouTube I'm fairly certain there were several corners!

Perhaps it was such a bad foul that they disallowed the corner too.
