The software operating exchanging tickets is defective .We put our tickets v Liverpool on twice When we checked our balance today it was 0
So I phoned the ticket office to see why.I was told the system didn't register my request so no balance. I usually phone to ask to bank tickets which I will do from now on
Technology is great if it worked this didn't

Mine worked fine for Liverpool
You should get an email straight away confirming that they've been placed on the exchange, and another email if they're sold
Did you get either email?

I honestly wouldnt trust the club to even know if they'd resold them.

They were quite dismissive when I suggested the software was defective. If you are going to use new technology at least get someone competent to install and instruct staff on its use.
I worry about the amateur attitude at Burnley FC and this even extends to the catering

I think it all stems from their, not incorrect, knowledge that we won't go elsewhere, however there is a world of difference between stopping going, and stopping spending anything bar the admission fee.

I’ve given up with it, it doesn’t work for me and I have maintained websites in the past using coding so I’m not stupid when it comes to these things.

Burnley FC is broken. We don't do anything well.
We put up with it to see our beloved football team.

I have had problems with this as well and thought I had done it and had to do again. I can't remember exactly but think there is another button to press that you need to scroll down to to confirm order or something like that. It reads as if order is completed but I hadn't done this final step. Apologies if you have done this. You can also check on your ticket account to see if listed to confirm or.check and try again.
I agree it's not straightforward.
