Can't have occurred too often in recent times?

Nah. Lancs police explained itβs because of a lack of interest in anything football related down the roadβ¦.

Maybe a LC match but otherwise, no, I can't recall it. For some reason we have back-to-back Saturday home matches whereas they are logically at home as they were away last week.

Just looked this up. I remember being on the Turf that day, but not the match itself.
We were beaten 1-0 by Darlington, whilst Rovers beat City 4-0.
How times change, as they say.
