Tough next two then we push

We’ve arguably had one of the toughest starts to a prem season anyone has ever had based on European competition teams and still two more to go.
Signs are absolutely promising and the fixture list looks a little more rosy once we get City and Villa out of the way.
Confident we’re in a strong position to stay up and a team that look to have the good old strong jaw.

Agree. A fixture that to stay up, you want/need something from.

Villa have had a tough start, but Emery is a class act and they have a very good side that was brilliant last season. It’s impossible to know where our points are going to come from in this league, every game is hard. Even if we were playing Wolves away next week I wouldn't be ticking that off as 3 points.
We just have to scrap every game and hope we come out with enough.

Leeds at home should certainly be one we attack. We won't get any more easier games on paper.

Villa are nothing to fear this season. Especially when we catch them straight after a European game.

PL is relentless these days. Probably have to pick up an ‘unexpected’ win or two along the way to have chance of staying up.

Main thing is not to be cut adrift . We need the city beating out the way and try and scrape a point at Villa . Leeds and Wolves will be real chances to pick up serious points as we further improve and a more settled “ best XI”

As Liverpool found out against us last week.
Got to be looking at something against Villa.
