Last time I saw him on TV, it looked and felt like age was catching up with him. Might be the last chance to see him before he stops touring and don't be too critical if he seems to forget his lines, etc.

If youβve not seen him, go. If you have seen him, donβt go - would be my advice. A superb man, got loads of his books and have seen him live. The last time was a bit of a tough watch.

Saw him way back in the early 00's supported by Frank Sidebottom (RIP) somewhere in Manchester - was in great form back then but he must be cracking on a bit now.

The last time I saw him, he was on would 'Would I Lie To You' telling the story about how he shared a flat with a monkey when he was younger.

The Doctor is 76 now. Can thoroughly recommend the album he did with Hugh Cornwell of The Stranglers. It's a covers album called This Time It's Personal.

A great friend of mine once house-sat for Hughs place in Camden.
He'd a lot of his own artwork around the house. A very talented guy.

Catch him while you can.
Talking of old punks, anyone remember this infamous gig?
Saw it on a memorabilia page the other day.

I saw him for the umteenth time in July at Sheffield's Tramlines Festival, believe me he showed no signs of slowing anytime soon. He preformed a pretty much flawless hour of a set
I've already got my tickets for the Burnley gig !
