Buying extra home tickets as a season ticket holder

Post by HalifaxClaret » Mon Oct 06, 2025 11:11 am

Does anybody have experience of buying extra home tickets this season?
Wanting to buy a ticket for my dad for the Chelsea match in November. Says they are not available to me as a season ticket holder, just the memberships.
Wondering how long before the match any tickets left over go on sale and if they will be down to the dregs of front row etc.

There’s usually quite decent seats left as well if you remember to toggle the resell tickets button. I did this against Liverpool and got a seat in NU5.
Otherwise there was like 1 seat available, in Preston.

Cheers

Yeah the resale tickets are probably best option now if you want a decent seat.

I coughed up for the basic membership which gives earlier access to home tickets as I wanted to guarantee getting tickets for a couple of games for friends.

People keep asking about this but the dates when home game tickets go on sale for season ticket holders are

Arsenal - 9th October
Chelsea - 30th October
Crystal Palace - 13th November
Fulham - 20th November
Everton - 11th December
Newcastle - 11th December

You may already know this, but you will need a Clarets number for your Dad and an e mail address. I got my son a ticket for the Leeds game and the system wouldn't allow me to get the ticket without those details.

Yes, I bought one for the Leeds game, a good seat in the middle at the back of the NL.
