Seeing as not much is happening today I would like to thank all my friends on here for their advice on this subject,peppermint tea and Colpermin has really transformed my life,....I love you all x Happy deadline day.

I used buscopan and peppermint oil, but I think the most effective result came when I cut out caffeine.
