Are we in for a spanking or are the Clarets in with a chance to pick up a point or three?
Time to have your predictions!

While I’m always confident we can give any team a game at home. And always tend to look solid against top sides at home. I think they will have way too much for us at both ends. Fear a three or four niller. Which appreciate is a rarity under Dyche.

Us 0 Them 4. They really are a top side and a cut above most of the Premier League.

I don't understand why some don't think we will score when both Norwich and Southampton created plenty of chances and scored against them, and we are a far better side than either.

With the midfield creativity of Defour and the width that Brady and JBG offer, they would pose a real threat to Liverpool. Unfortunately all 3 are unavailable through injury. Again.
Who could possibly have guessed that would be the state of affairs after 3 games....

They can't go on steamrolling everyone they play mate, they are due a wobble, just so long as Dyche doesn't do same team as Wednesday I do believe we have a chance.

I think we will lose but I don't think we'll get pasted. But as Liverpool's game is about scoring rather than defending I do believe we will score. I'm going for 1-2 with one eye on a freaky draw. If we win there will be a lot of happy bunnies on here after the game. The main hope is that we CAN perform against the top sides and indeed beat them (except the bloody cheating Gooners) so who knows?

VD apart their defense is vulnerable. Keeper is suspect for sure. Sadly they have the best attack in Europe. So can Tarks and Mee stand firm and can Barnes and Wood take the limited chances we will get. I think we will score but sadly they will score 1 more than us

I'd love for us to get a result against Liverpool
but, at the very least, give them a good game and come off the pitch without any injuries.
Getting a goal too would be good.
But they're so damn good going forward that I just can't see them not scoring.
Dyche's line will be 'stop them from scoring and we're in with a chance.'
So. sadly I'm going for a 2-1 win for Liverpool but hoping it will be the other way round.
If that happens I think it will be our best start to a season.

We won’t get a point but we won’t ship goals for fun like most will against them.

Don't think Kopp will play any second stringers unlike previous years. So sadly 1 - 3 to the Champions of Europe.

I think we'll test them but the Scousers seem to have the bit between their teeth this season, they are determined to bag a PL title finally, they've conceded in all 3 of their games, but how on earth do you stop that forward line,if we run them close and come away with a narrow defeat,i'd be happy going into the international break,2-1 to the probable PL champions this season(and that's not us to be clear).

I think we'll score - maybe even 2, but I can't see us conceding less than 3 against this very powerful, energetic and exciting forward line.

1-0 eitherway.
Liverpool's league games so far have been against teams trying to play open against them, we won't do that.
Hoping it's 1-0 to the Clarets.

2-1 us. Dwight had Alexander Arnold on toast last year, and while they have the best centre back in the world, they also have to partner him with someone like Matip or Gomez.
