On my way. No doubt London will be traffic locked.
Madge has seen off her would be usurpers and is fit and fired up, ready to galvanise us to full voice, in support of our heroes.
Up the Clarets

I've just asked my wife to go easy on the contractions until a quarter to six then she's free to have our baby. She understands, I think, but I'm a bit bemused at the biggest eye roll I've ever seen that she just gave me. UTC.

Hendrick no longer behind the striker, Lennon back on the bench, 4-4-2.
That’s what I like to see.

If that team isn’t a sign we need to strengthen in January I don’t know what is.

Given the injuries , that’s about the best SD could do. It’s going to be a tough afternoon though.

Not strong enough team or bench. Seriously needs strengthening in Jan. Time for Garlick to dust off purse strings.

Next summer, aye. I can't see anything happening at all in January other than Drinkwater possibly extending his loan spell.

With Barnes,Taylor,JBG,Westwood, K Long and Bardsley, all seemingly carrying injuries. I think that’s as good a line up SD could name!

I agree - we're in trouble though if SD ever mentions 'touch and go' with any of them.

if that's the way we approach it and we continue with these injuries then we will, in my opinion, struggle to stay in the division

Can I just say, on the plus side...
We have Pope, Tarky and Mee which we can't get better than.
Although I'd prefer Taylor, Pieters does have more assists this season.
Lowton/Bardsley appear to normally come back in when the other has a bad run, so could be the start of Lowton now having a good run
Hendrick is in his best position
Both Brady and McNeil know how to whip a cross in
Wood is starting
Vydra on the bench to come on if there's nobody else in the ground with a clean pair of boots
The only negatives for are:
Rodriguez isn't good enough to start, he's an impact player in the last 10-15 minutes
Overall, I don't think it's that bad.

No point playing Westwood even if he was "pretty much fit". Next week against Newcastle is an enormous game, we need players fit.

I don’t care how much love he gets on here that is ******* awful from Pope.
It hit the back of the net not that far from him and wasn’t a thunderbolt by any means.
Dreadful.

Goal came from Pieters then Mee just smacking the ball forward to no one. Rubbish football but we don't learn. This could be a hiding. Luckily after 4 years of Premier league money we have a strong bench to change thingd

Both. No one closing him down. Backed off and let him shoot. Great strike but with the time he had I'd expect it.
