I would have liked Cash as a long term solution to RB (Just as Taylor was when we signed him for LB).

Financially, I assume we cannot justify 14-16m on a RB and be paying 3 senior players in that position.

Seeing a lot of the Twitterati getting worked up by us not signing Cash. Not sure how many have seen him play but if the armchair scouts say he is a good un then we should offer 20 million and blow Villa out the water

It doesn't really matter how much we offer if the player has decided he would prefer to play for Villa. That will be the deciding factor and is nothing to do with our spending policy.
