Commentator said last night that Dyche is Woan’s landlord - they flat share and he doesn’t cut him any slack on rent
Anyone know where they live? All I hear is Dyche talking about spending his life on the motorways.
I would’ve thought they’d build some accommodation at Barnfield for managers/players given they all live elsewhere.

When flats were built in the old Whalley Corn Mill in they started at half a million.... the sort of place where the populace are used to seeing Premier players and will not constantly be looking for autographs. Saw many Burnley players, and Rovers when I worked at the Abbey years ago and it has got a lot more exclusive since then.

I remember a few years ago it was rumoured he was renting an apartment in Ilex Mill Rawtenstall when Danny Ings was there. Danny Ings and Trippier were regulars in Ninos restaurant down the road but I never saw Dyche with them. Rawtenstall to Burnley in 10 mins is pushing it though..... Maybe he's staying at Phil Nevilles old pad in Crawshawbooth - that would be 10 mins (ish)

I met Danny in Nino’s one night with a mate of his. Good lad, nice bloke.
Phil Neville sold his house to move in to Beetham tower in Manchester to the guy who owns Crown Oil, so he’s not living there!

The price of meat in Walmsley Butchers in Ramsbottom is that expensive you need to be paid a Premier League salary to buy it.

Just up the road from me. I walk round there often....will keep an eye out to see if he also takes in a walk ...
I know he had a 'bunker type' house built on land between Bradshaw & Affetside, according to the locals, but he sold that.

I know where his home is because the good man that he is spent a lot of money locally with Fireplace Warehouse and the fitters that did the job said it's a fantastic place and Mrs Dyche an absolute gem.

Seem to remember SD mentioned in an interview on R/Lancs a couple of years ago he did indeed live in Whalley.
He was often out and about for a few drinks in the pubs and said he had the banter with the Rovers fans.
Let's hope he's there for many seasons to come.

I remember at the time we were joining the (then) EEC, there was a local TV prog (Look North?) that had a spoof piece suggesting that when we joined, Ramsbottom would have to be renamed Derriere de Mouton. 45-50 years ago but that still makes me chuckle.

Mrs Dyche doesn’t live in Whalley - she and the kids are still in Northampton I think.
SD definitely has a flat in Whalley - I heard him tell a tale about being in that trendy bar one Thursday night after he had been up since silly o’clock doing the press conferences - he said he went in there for a quick pint and it was empty but that one bloke still came up to him giving him some grief about being there on a Thursday night !!
Tripps is a bury lad - I think his house was near Haslingden when he played for us as I know someone who did some work on it...apparently a good bloke but his brothers / mates are shall we say a “bit lively” !
Phil Neville lived near Crawshawbooth - big houses on right going out towards Rawtenstall. Bought if for £500k a while back and spent a lot of money on it...he sold it a while back now.
Once saw Gary Nevilles house on TV - it was an eco type build...think he sold it.

Good spot. I'd gone for the little lad with his back to the "camera" in the bottom right. Bit of sharp practice putting another kid in red and white hoops, if you ask me.

Used to own. He sold it to move to Beetham Tower. Now owned by the guy who owns Crown Oil. He’s had the good sense to have the massive initials removed from the gates!!
He’s since moved from Beetham Tower but not sure where.

Yeah he sold it a few years ago. I remember a newspaper linking to the estate agent photos. If I correctly recall, the furnishing made it look like a bit of a kitsch palace, their names or initials sawn into the carpet weave, kind of thing.

I know an electrician who did some work on the house when he was doing it up - apparently he has 2 TV's in the bathroom... one for watching whilst in the bath, the other for when he's on the throne...

Phil Neville lived in Crawshawbooth in the house behind the main road (left hand side if travelling towards Burnley) that was previously owned by the Church of England I believe. He moved from there some time ago.
