Brightons goal is as simple as ours, 4th from bottom or better season in, season out. After watching our last 2 home games particularly Saturday I know which teams football I would rather pay and watch !!!!!!!
We were abysmal on Saturday I'll grant you that, but we've also turned in some good performances this season, Wolves, Villa & Palace are just 3 that stick in my mind, and those games do show that on our day we do have goals in us, unfortunately we haven't had enough of those days throughout the season, hence why we're still hovering just above the relegation zone, however despite all Brighton's neat football they are even nearer the drop then we are right now, and both encounters between the sides have finished all square, Brighton could justifiably argue they had the better of the game at their place, but equally we certainly had the better of the game at TM, and on both occasions it was a mixture of poor finishing allied to stout defending and good goalkeeping which ensured 2 stalemates.

Potter has got Brighton playing more football than Hughton did I'll agree with that point, but their league placing is remarkably similar, and if they don't beat West Brom on Saturday they could be just a single point clear of the bottom 3, and yes I'm well aware we're not much better placed, but if Brighton were to go down do you sincerely believe their fans will say well at least we went down playing football, I strongly doubt that would be their reaction in the event of relegation, and I do wonder how much stomach Brighton have for a relegation fight when the chips are down, their character is questionable to me, whereas for all our failings that not something you could ever level at BFC players.

I'll guarantee there is not a single Brighton supporter who felt they were entertained tonight.

Not one.

Absolutely right. Strange one really because I reckon both Brighton fans and Palace fans will feel very frustrated. Palace are a very poor team and luck like that runs out.

Apparently we only beat Palace because due to luck with Zaha being out, Brighton must be proper ****
