Didn't know how to contact some of you but sad news - THJ passed away suddenly a few days ago aged 76.

Just about to post this sad news Tony, 'Accy Sue' rang me last night to let me know.

Terry's contributions were always interesting and although he was a headmaster, he took and gave as good as he got in all the mickey taking and banter which made the group such a good craic.

That's sad news, RIP THJ.

I never met him but have fond memories of the old email group and enjoyed his contributions.

My cousin phoned to let me know, THJ had been his best man years ago and was very much in contact with him. I last saw him having a coffee in Towneley Park a couple of years ago.

I let Matt know by text and then thought I'd put something on here for those who remembered him. Maybe Accy Sue got the news from Matt.

Found out yesterday from Sue. Never Physically met any of the egroup, a much smaller group than this, but THJ, teacakes and carrots while we struggled in the lower reaches was in many ways more fun. RIP.
