Some decent tunes on MTV Base. I was listening to it earlier on my daily 6 mile walk - balls were chafing like mad, but the good songs made it less painful.

I do know that one, great tune. Bend Me, Shape Me, another good tune by Tyrone. ;) A mate has a vast collection of rare soul 45's and we've spent many a day listening to them.
Quite a few are a bit too jazzy for me, I much prefer the Motown beat.
