Definitely the tie of the round, and it would have been befitting as a final, you're always loathe to write Bayern off, but they face a real challenge to overturn that deficit tonight.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 6:54 pmthe first leg of Bayern v PSG was amazing, I know what I'll be watching !

Morecambe would have been right up there if Phillips hadn’t gone to Stanley. Turned out a poor move for all concerned. Hoping they make it with Derek Adams in charge.

Yes more than likely, Phillips is on the Accy bench again tonight, and he's not gaining anything from that experience, at least he was getting game time at Morecambe, and that's what he needs at this stage of his development.huw.Y.WattfromWare wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 7:34 pmMorecambe would have been right up there if Phillips hadn’t gone to Stanley. 3-0 to the Shrimpers anyway, and that's surely sealed the points. Forgot Derek Adams had gone there, he and Duff could both be celebrating promotion in a few weeks.

Big win for Bournemouth, and a damaging defeat for Sunderland, they can't blow it again can they.
Not great scores for Bristol Rovers tonight either, Wimbledon leading Ipswich 2-0 is especially bad news for Joey Barton.

Just seen Morecambe’s fourth and the roof has disappeared of the visitors end. Anybody know anything about construction work ongoing?

Could be a big couple of minutes in the PSG-Bayern game, PSG hit the woodwork twice in quick succession, and then Bayern take the lead moments later.

Yep! he really does have the golden touch doesn't he, that win tonight should pretty much secure their safety, which a few months ago looked totally out of the question when they were marooned at the foot of the table.

Reading on the BBC that despite turning Munich around the coach is likely to be off pretty soon, as he wants more say in signings.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 9:31 pmThis is the game I’m watching. PSG still on front on away goals with 18 mins remaining.
A backup for SD if we need one?

Re: Tonight's footy 13/4
both legs of this PSG v Bayern tie have been of the highest quality, I don't give Man City much of a chance against either of them if they get through tomorrow
Re: Tonight's footy 13/4
How was that just a free kick when the PSG goalie ran Into his own player?ClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 9:31 pmThis is the game I’m watching. PSG still on front on away goals with 18 mins remaining.

That was the best two legged tie I’ve seen. Super football, excellent commitment.

Re: Tonight's footy 13/4
Chelsea-PSG final would be tasty.
Thrilling tie between PSG/Bayern and neither deserved to go out so early, but that's KO football for you.
Yet again the CL hasn't been defended it's not an easy task to achieve is it.
