Should have let it play out and let VAR decide
A classic example of how VAR should be used, but isn’t.

exactly...and that didn’t look ‘all’ over the line! :(

Making a very poor Fulham team look good here.

This game is crying out for some technical ability in the middle of pitch. Someone that can just retain the ball.

Well not “clearly”, but you’re probably right. As said above, it’s exactly what VAR should be good for

That’s the point.

The ref couldn’t tell from that angle it was, the linesman was assuming it was from the Fulham claims

Turns his back on the man, not looking at the ball and got man not ball. My Leeds supporting mate text and said penalty - they’re not all bad :D

Stop being purposefully obtuse. If the ball hadn’t crossed the line (and it was close) it is the exact scenario where VAR would have helped.

I'm not being obtuse, the ball was clearly out of play, the linesman made a correct decision, VAR wouldn't have changed that. I don't know why you're acting like we were hard done by, it was a clear correct decision, the replay showed that.

Great play from Vyds, and he didn't panic when he had to play the final ball, easy finish for Westwood, we've not played well, but that goal should settle us down.
