Liverpool game - Claiming tickets and ground entry
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
We have three tickets but everytime I try, i get to the last page and get a w6 error code. Have tried on different devices.
Re: Liverpool game - claiming tickets.
Taken from the club info, you posted... It states photo ID,
All supporters Aged 16 and over will be required to show photo ID with their match ticket. This can be a drivers licence, national ID card, student ID, NHS ID, a bus pass, work ID or a passport

Just bumping this to the next page in case anyone missed it.BFC123 wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 8:54 pmFor anyone who hasn’t received an email, it’s worth checking your account anyway. I had the “success” notice in my purchase history but none of the people on my application received an email to say we’d been successful. Just checked my account though and was able to confirm my tickets.

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Only allowing me to have my ticket but not the daughters who i included in my friends and family application. Daughter is in tears here as im desperately trying to come to terms with a shambles of a website. At one point it said i had 7 tickets ordered but was only showing the two..one of which i couldnt have!
Re: Liverpool game - claiming tickets.
Just thought I would let you know that I did indeed get a Liverpool ticket even though as we discussed yesterday I didnt get the email.
So it's a good job that I checked my account or I wouldn't have known that I had been successful.
I seem to recall that you were saying that some of these problems were being caused by people who were checking their accounts?

You need to allocate each ticket in your basket to a F+F number and press Update... good luckSomethingfishy wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 9:28 pmOnly allowing me to have my ticket but not the daughters who i included in my friends and family application. Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Seems strange that you were able to order 7 when the club had stated that it was a max of 6? However, after ordering did you receive a confirmation email that stated that you had successfully ordered 7? Not sure just what you mean by 'but was only showing the two..one of which i couldnt have!' ?Somethingfishy wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 9:28 pmOnly allowing me to have my ticket but not the daughters who i included in my friends and family application. This quote.
I didn't get the email but got the ticket because I DID keep checking my account.

A degree in the illogical needed to navigate that ticketing system. Needs a serious overhaul.

It was saying i had 7 in my basket..but the basket in the top corner was saying 2..whilst i had the red warning banner saying i was only allowed 1! How many tickets did it say you had in the red banner? So have you now got all 7 tickets?Somethingfishy wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 9:37 pmIt was saying i had 7 in my basket..but the basket in the top corner was saying 2..whilst i had the red warning banner saying i was only allowed 1! Mental.

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
No. I only wanted 2. It was saying I had 7 somewhere but was only letting me have one initially in the red banner. After several attempts I have managed to get the 2 tickets.
I had a lot less trouble when I applied for the ballot.

Please can you let me know how? I'm in a similar pickle, trying to get my three tickets. Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Bloody hell. Facepalm. My Dad and I both received confirmation emails telling us to "click here" which we did and selected our seats but they are nowhere near each other. I didn't realise I should have selected two and done the friends and family drop down.

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
When it asks for you for how many tickets..select the total number you asked for including friends and family. Then when it comes up with the seats allocate a person to each ticket off your friends and family. Then remember to update your basket. From there it should let you checkout. Hope that helps.

Took 2 mins to sort for the 4 people I ordered for. The website isn’t great by any means but it’s not where near as difficult as some make out.

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Well that was exciting . At one stage it said I had purchased 72 tickets. Had 4 attempts had 4 in my basket, 2 for Jimmy Mac and 2 for JH.
Couldn’t purchase anything. Cleared basket and had another go and finally got one for my stand the BL, a bit nearer to the front than normal, so I better take an extra blanket .
No instructions though about what time I should arrive, perhaps they will come later ??
Game on.

Cheers. Yep, tried that before and again several times. Still getting nowhere. A frustrating call to the ticket office awaits.Somethingfishy wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 10:01 pmWhen it asks for you for how many tickets..select the total number you asked for including friends and family. Suggest that you contact the club and explain your situation and ask if it's possible to sit you together.

If you ordered 3 through F and F it shouldn't matter how few emails you received, you should have 3 tickets. Have you tried entering 3 when it asks how many tickets you require?lagerbilly wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 10:10 pmLooks like no email no ticket. 3 requested , 2 emails received, 2 tickets in the basket

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
I didn’t get the email but I’ve tried my luck and I’ve got a ticket.
I was one of those that got the successful email after clicking resend but not the other email. So for a couple of days I’ve thought I’ve been unsuccessful.
It’s a shambles.
How many in my boat will not try? The club will be expecting them to turn up.

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
I deleted and selected again a few times as it kept putting us in bee hole lower. Got an upper tier eventually.

I also did this for the JH. Kept offering me lower and i normally sit in the upper. Ended up with seats similar but a lot higher up.Granny WeatherWax wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 10:29 pmI deleted and selected again a few times as it kept putting us in bee hole lower. Got an upper tier eventually.

I wasn’t clever enough to think of that, I was too excited! Normally sit JML but got tickets for JHU. Weirdly they’re the exact same seats I bought for a cup game a couple of seasons back.Granny WeatherWax wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 10:29 pmI deleted and selected again a few times as it kept putting us in bee hole lower. I don’t care where I am really, couldn’t be happier to be going back on the Turf!!
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
Anybody seen anything yet about staggered entry times and ID requirements?

Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
For anyone who originally applied but didn't receive an email confirming that they'd got tickets in the ballot, please check your accounts. I've heard from 2 different people who this applied to and they've ended up with tickets!

looks like a right old rigmorall from a distance - hope none of you leave early after all this trouble to beat the traffic.
Re: Liverpool game - Claiming tickets
I seem to be another one.
Can't find an email saying I have been successful anywhere, but my purchase history shows as successful and I have acquired and printed off QR codes for my dad and myself.

Hi Pete
When i first registered for the SSO i was given a new clarets number, renewed my season tickets with that number.
Ive been to the ticket office and was told this had happened to several accounts. I had go to the ticket office to get into the ballot for Liverpool, they took my details and said it would be sorted.
Ive been successful but under my old clarets number which doesn't have an account so i can't access them online.
I will go back to the ticket office today so not asking you to sort out.
However, could you raise this wider issue with the developers, there must lots like me who dont have any loyalty points and who won't be able to get away tickets until the two accounts are merged.
Keep up the good work it is appreciated

I got no email, no update on my account but thought I'd try this morning. The website lets you add tickets to your basket, go through the whole process until you get to the health survey. When you fill that in and confirm, it boots you back to the basket. Worth a try.
