Rock and Chips and Green Green Grass were absolutely awful. In my opinion Only Fools is the greatest sitcom made, just leave it as it were, a masterpiece.

an example of when everyone tell you you're great and it going to your head.

only fools was a great little sitcom at the beginning and then descended into sentimental mush.

the fact that 'rock and chips' was an out and out drama showed how much john sullivan believed the hype as much as anyone.

I liked the premise, didn’t mind it being a drama. Can’t say I’m a fan though, they could’ve done something really interesting with it. Something really gritty and thought provoking
