Just there for training by all accounts, Arteta hasn't said anything about offering him a playing deal.

Aaron Lennon was training with us to get fit.
Does anyone know where he went afterwards?

Re: jack wilshere
We needed a right winger, even though I disagree with re-signing Lennon I understand it.
Arsenal have sold better, and less injury prone, players this summer

Re: jack wilshere
Read yesterday it was the opposite, that Wilshere would accept a pay as you play deal, but Arteta wasn't interested and was just allowing him to train there.
Re: jack wilshere
Calling Lennon a right winger is stretching it a little bit. He hasn’t been a right winger for at least 5 or 6 years now.GodIsADeeJay81 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 17, 2021 11:18 amWe needed a right winger, even though I disagree with re-signing Lennon I understand it.

I said it a while ago, on the right contract I think he would be a good addition to the team

Arteta said the door is always open for him to returnGodIsADeeJay81 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 17, 2021 10:59 amJust there for training by all accounts, Arteta hasn't said anything about offering him a playing deal.
Re: jack wilshere
Definitely agree. With a modest weekly retainer wage and a pay as you play add on it wouldn’t be a costly risk.Newcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 17, 2021 11:58 amI said it a while ago, on the right contract I think he would be a good addition to the team
